- Degree/Higher Diploma in Building Studies/Building Surveying /related disciplines - Minimum 5 years' fitting-out and maintenance experience gained from major property management companies in a similar capacity - Familiar with MOE code is a definite advantage - Good command of spoken and written English - Hands-on experience in AutoCAD application - Good communication and co-ordination skills We will offer attractive compensation package to the right candidate.
