Bringing Southern District into the loop

The traffic queues in and out of the Aberdeen Tunnel have been getting longer and longer as the population on the south side of Hong Kong Island builds up over the years. For residents who have long clamoured for the relief a rail link would offer, the waiting will soon be over.
