Interested in enhancing your communication, management as well as leadership skills through organising activities for other Registered Young Members? Come on! Don't wait and join us now by registering as a YMC Helper! The YMC family will provide all you need. In Session 2010/2011, the YMC will continue to organise activities in 12 areas through the leadership of the Committee Members. You are invited to join the one that you are most interested. The groups are as follows: - Students promotion: to provide secondary and tertiary students with information on their career prospects on engineering - Graduates promotion: to assist engineering graduates in their professional development - Seminars: to organise seminars of a multi-disciplinary nature with main focus on technical aspects - Visits: to organise visits of a multi-disciplinary nature with main focus on technical aspects - Non-technical programme: to organise activities of general topics, such as personal development, managerial skills and mind-set training - Community services: to enhance members' awareness in the society through participation in community services - Public relations: to promote collaboration among various engineering institutions, different professionals and the YMC - Sports and recreation: to promote members' interests in the fellowship amongst all classes of members and their awareness of sports and recreational activities - Social, culture and arts: to promote members' interests in the Institution and fellowship amongst all classes of members - Publicity: to broadcast activities organised by the Committee and keep members updated on the YMC's development - Webmaster: to design, update and maintain the YMC's homepage and promote interaction between the Committee and RYMs through internet - Human resources: to monitor members' feedbacks on the YMC's activities, focus on training helpers and prepare them to be Committee Members Registration & enquiries For registration, please complete and return the Standard Reply Form to Mr Regis Chee by Email: regis.chee@atkinsglobal.com.
