Presidential Address

Ir Prof P L Yuen will deliver his Presidential Address at 6:15pm.


Cocktail and dinner
7:00pm for 7:45pm
Members and their guests are welcome to join the
President for the cocktail and dinner following the
Presidential Address. The price is HK$1,238 per person
(HK$14,856 for a table of 12 persons) which covers the
pre-dinner cocktail and dinner.

Payment should be made by cheque payable to “The Hong

Kong Institution of Engineers”.


Prior registration is also necessary for members and their
guests who would like to attend the Presidential Address only.
Registration is subject to acceptance on a first-come-firstserved
basis.


Each (circular) table will be for 12 persons. If a booking is
made for less than 12 persons, the Institution reserves the right
to place additional persons at such tables or to charge for
vacant places.
If you make booking for a table (12 persons) or more, a set
of invitation cards and place cards as well as a wine list with
an order form, will be sent to you upon receipt of the full
payment.


No refund will be made once the registration has been
confirmed. The Institution reserves the right to decide on the
final allocation of tables/seats and to release the tables/
seats for any registrations without the appropriate payment
upon the deadline.


Arrangement of the event will be made in accordance with
the latest prevention and control measures implemented
by the Administration. The Secretariat will closely monitor the
situation and keep members posted of any updates.
