At the core of this remarkable achievement is the innovative iPaint technology, which features high solar reflectivity and mid-infrared emissivity. By applying iPaint to the water pipes, the loading of the Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems has been significantly reduced, leading to substantial energy savings. The real magic happens when iPaint is synergistically combined with AI technologies, as well as incorporating GIS data, IoT sensor measurements and Building Management System (BMS) data, resulting in the revolutionary iPaintAI. Best practices – BIM, GIS, RCx, CoP, and Energy Audit

The scheduled Retro-commissioning (RCx) programme aims to optimise the performance of the plant. To guarantee compliance with industry standards, meticulous thermal performance evaluations of the cooling tower are conducted following the Code of Practice for Fresh Water Cooling Towers.
